Hey there!

I'm Penny, owner of Penny's Personal Training Studio in Marcoola.

It's been my passion for 15 incredible years! Our spacious studio has everything you need for strength training and conditioning to keep you fit and strong. I'm all about the connection between nutrition and staying lean and feeling younger from the inside out. As we age, our muscles can deteriorate fast, but that's where strength training comes in.

I recommend 2-3 sessions per week to keep your body feeling amazing, full of energy, and with less body fat. Let's embark on this fitness journey together! All ages are welcome! I have clients over 75 years of age and clients 13 years of age! Come say hi and check out my studio!

About my classes

Classes at $20 per session and I will be there right by your side making sure you are doing it right with the correct weight for you. I will be always there for you giving you constant motivation and knowledge on nutrition and training. A pre training session is required for first timers. Which includes nutrition, body fat and full training on all equipment at $20. Come say hi or call me!

About the space

I own a large studio with every strength and conditioning exercise you need to keep fit and strong. All the equipment is designed to work your whole body in every session. My goal is to create a friendly environment in my studio with a mixture of women and men of all ages and sizes. It’s all about fun while you’re keeping fit and healthy.
