“I've been going to Penny's for about three and a half years, at least twice a week and more recently four days a week. I started training on weights in my mid-fifties and have lost the belly and gained plenty of muscle. It is never too late to start resistance training. Penny's is great - she sets the machines up, varies the routine and in sixty minutes you get 3 sets on 20 or so stations, no waiting about. Oh, and no egos in the gym either.”
